General

This mission is the 2nd of 5 missions embedded in a mission chain introduced in Planet Calypso Content Release 2010-01 to enable a "preview" of the mission system implemented at the same time with VU 10.8.0.

In-Game Description

"Hello and welcome to the Sweat Camp". This is a popular place for new colonists to try their wings. One of the things you can try is to gather Vibrant Sweat.

Vibrant Sweat is gathered using the VSE Mk1 tool. You can find it in your inventory (click the Inventory icon, or press "i", and go to the Tools tab). Equip the VSE Mk 1, aim it at a creature, and use it.

Start by gathering 20 units of Vibrant Sweat. Come back when you have them."

Walkthrough

Start

Map Port Atlantis - Swamp Camp

The prerequisite to start this mission is the completion of Mission - Find the Swamp Camp. You'll need to sweat to complete this mission so don't forget your VSE Mk1 in storage.

To start this mission you have to visit Swamp Camp.

Swamp Camp Mission Broker

At Swamp Camp talk to the Mission Broker. He's located at (61244/77055).

Objective: Gather Vibrant Sweat

After receiving the mission you have to gather 20 Vibrant Sweat. The creatures at Swamp Camp are really suitable for this task.
There are claims that you don't need to sweat yourself, you just need to get 20 Sweat in you inventory.

Sweating

Go and find Combibos or Daikibas or Snablesnots to sweat them.

Completion

Completion and reward

When having 20 or more Vibrant Sweat in you inventory just return to the Mission Broker (there is no specific message when you got the 20 Vibrant Sweat).
Your reward is another 10 Vibrant sweat and the unlock of Mission - Service the gun turrets.
