Description
The Prancer, or the "paradise Peacock" as it's also called, is a fairly small creature despite its long neck and sprouting feather-like membranes. Its bright colors are used to attract/impress suitable mates, to scare off rivals and confuse predators.

Name Explanation[edit]
Prancer - English for "to walk with a lofty proud gait, often in an attempt to impress others" also "spring forward on the hind legs." This accurately fits the Prancers behaviour, and method of locomotion.
