    In the latest edition of MindArk's planet platform middle finger episode of "stick it to your partners", how about this one?

    MindArk, the company behind the (utterly failing) Entropia Universe(a "platform" for planet "partners" to "monetize" on the Entropia Universe platform (aka casino), figured that their current position did not clearly enough show the exact amount of disdain they have towards their existing partners, and thus decided to post some proposed UI changes only onto the MindArk owned PlanetCalypsoForum.

    Because (obviously), the customers of the planet partners MindArk agreed to share their platform with are not worthy of being notified of these things.

    As a side note, if you would be thinking that setting up a planet within the MindArk "metaverse" (which is just MindArk trying to capitalize on Zuckerbergs' idea), this is exactly the treatment you should be expecting. The one missing component is MindArk's chariman of the board actually spitting into your face.

    Also interesting that the same Dennis who made that post seems to have given up on his own UE5 development blog after one single entry: https://www.entropiauniverse.com/bulletin/development-blog-unreal-engine-5/

    On the topic: It's not only unfair towards planet partners, it's also yet another fail in marketing and community management.

    But nothing matters anymore. In the past issues like this have been discussed, or issues like regular players with additional roles as planet developer and "MindArk Lead Advisor". Today it doesn't matter. Everyone is just working on maximising their personal benefits, be it directing players deposits in their personal pockets or just a little attention. The moral compass is not just broken, it has been molten and minted into coins.

    What would you have them do? Caly is the only planet they manage themselves and the only forum they manage themselves.

    They seem to be able to do RSS feeds, which would be picked up by all forums and sites subscribing to the feed. And wouldn't entropiauniverse.com be the place where platform stuff belongs?

    It's favoritism/nepotism. Nothing more. Nothing less. MindArk gonna MindArk.

    They have now moved the whole Unreal Engine 5 dev blog from the official website to PCF:
    As if RSS doesn't exist. As if the feedback of users on other sites doesn't matter.

    With multiple people dedicated to these task MindArk still is a communication failure, marketing failure and community management failure.

    Hey MindArk, if you want some feedback come to EntropiaPlanets and read it, we have plenty :tongue (2):
