hello, i want to play entropia universe,so i have downloaded the game client from the official site.after the installation it has been to update,but after the update,it takes 4 hours,is a message,and it says i have to restart it!After 4 hours!The data is called Full.Dat_924.ark I have downloaded the game client 9.2. to,but this hadn't worked to.They said it woeld be destroyed or so.Can somebody help me?
I am sorry you are having problems with EU I would like to help but I'm not sure i folowed what problem you are having with EU. Are you having a problem starting it or was there a problem in the update. Also what said that what would be destroyed. Please clarify a little and perhaps we can get to the problem at hand. Also gratz on your first post even if it is a plea for help. It is nice to know that you have chosen EU-Chronicle for your needs.
From what you say it sounds like you have a very slow or faulty connection to the internet. Do you have a broadband connection or are you using a modem and phone line?
Just to confirm, the site to download from is http://www.entropiauniverse.com There you will find a list of what hardware is required to play EU. Does your computer meet the hardware requirements? Also, are you using Windows (XP, Vista) ? The installed EU program is over 2GB, maybe check that you have sufficient hard drive space?
