Good find but it has been ingame as long as I have :-). There used to be and Atrox Guardian that was always close by. Have not seen him in a long time now. They must have killed him off lol.

It's an ionized water fountain placed there by robot command and control as a peace gesture. A secret ionizing technique enables the water to move perpendicularly without overlfowing all over the place.
