New tiering system

  1. Haven't seen anyone announce it yet here( might not have looked very hard) but with the latest vu tiering an item doesn't require another identical item. Sumed up this pretty much means safe tiering for any item and a lot of expensive unL items are already being tiered. From what I can tell the tier up recipes have only changed by removing the need for the 2nd item. Should someone update the wiki on that? (still haven't figured out how to do that).
    My question is if anyone noticed a change in the succes rate/items recovery rate? Looking on my vigi harness I noticed a 9 % recovery rate and if memory serves right it used to be a lot more. Anyone has any data on this?
