It wasn't a regular type of event spawn, it's a mission boss mob that can get summoned by using 500k Vibrant sweat together with four different rare items that all drop from wave event mobs;

Raging Daikiba Bull blood sample
Gosubusaki blood sample
Traeskeron Matriarch blood sample
Sand King blood sample

So well I guess next time will be as soon as a group of people get their hands on those items again. As you can see in the MA news article the quest items will be given back as well, so probably rather soon after that I suppose they will give it another go.
