Sorry to hear that! I can understand why you would want to be back in game but it has to be worth at least one phone call before you give up and start from scratch.

 

I tell you, don't do it yet. That BP you got is definitely worth the wait. Imagine how much you can do with those 15-20k. I'd say just wait a little bit more, I guess they are still investigating.

 

Also, if you create a new avatar after being banned there's quite a high probability they'll ban the new one - even if you've done nothing wrong.

 

I agree, patience is a virtue.

If you REALLY need to get online... how about getting a friend/relative to set up an avatar that you can "borrow" until yours is unlocked?

Me and Phunk often play from the same IP address (and machine)... how can they know which of us is logging in? As long as you have someone else's details & email address when you start the account.

(I am sure people will suggest reasons that I can't think of not to do this...)

A lot of hard work.That could be quite a while. What makes you think I have someone else's details email address when you start the account?What makes you so certain? Humans are not always infallible.

As it is a holiday weekend I doubt whether you will hear anything back from them at this time. You have their e-mail address so each day send them an e-mail politely asking for details. Really don't know what to tell you except after next week try to call when holiday is over.
