Hi. From now on i will try to do some reports, interesting theerds and interviews. I will be something like reporter :) So in this theerd i will write about hacking. We all can get Hacked by some avatars. I done a little interview with Sweety Ice Phoenix. She got hacked many times. b: How long you been playing? S: Since October 2006. b: What do you think about hacking? S: I think it's wrong and realy bad. It's like a robbing and raping someone. b: How many times you have been hacked? S: I had 2 avatars. One got hacked 1time and the other 2 times. b: How did you felt when you got hacked? S: I was very angry and violated and i immediately started to think who could do something like this b: How long you known that avatar who hacked you? S: I met him at December. 2006 and we talked off and on for a year. We even talked on a phone few times. b: How did he hacked you? S: Well a week before i got hacked he was talking to me in yahoo mesanger... and he sent me some file. I didn't relized anything before my son told me that my avatar is hacking ppls in argus. When i camed home from work i loged in and saw that i got hacked and i didn't have anything in my inventory. I had a lot of stuff but all was gone :( I changed my password and tried agen but when i tried to log in next time i couldn't... someone was changed my password and that means that he know my e-mail password to. So i reinstaled and created new e-mail and avatar. oh almoust forgot that he hacked 4 of my friends... i want to pay them back (is it posible) b: What are you doing now to don't get hacked? S: I don't download anything on the same PC i play EU and now i got Gold Card Well that was all folks hope you liked my interview and hope you wana see more interviews :) oh and sory for gramar lol And todays moral is - Don't trust anyone. Even your friends. And get GOLD CARD if you haven't yet. Ty for taking time and reading :)
Hmmmmmmmmm. Unfortunately this is becoming more true every day - both in EU and irl. The lack of a secure lending system in EU is another problem area, which often results in "friends" borrowing items and never returning them. This report by Blade16 is a good reminder to always be careful with who you choose to trust, but also to really value the good trusted friends when you have them - for they are a rare and wonderful thing to have, ingame and irl. Word!!
Thanks Blade for the interview. This was very interesting. If you do get to know someone like she did, I recommend you trace thier IP and know just as much about them as they know about you. And prove your information is correct. Reverse phone numbers, addresses, is a good way to start. :)
well i know only that he is playing in internet cafe or something like that :( so ip won't give you anything
Hehe, I have hacker tools because thats what I am in school for (Well not the main reason obviously but for security class you have to know them and what can be done about them). I have one program that can trace your IP even if it changes. :)
Be very careful here, it seems many governments consider just having these tools or making them available for download an offence - including the UK who are just looking into passing such legislation. It is of course absolute rubbish, as system admins everywhere have been using such tools to genuine and honest purposes for many many years. Just another 'though crime' that can now get you arrested in the so called 'civilised' world
Thanks Phunksta, I keep these 'utilities' off of my computer stuff just for that reason. I just know where to find them :) And I liked it Blade. :)
