One comment though, and this is geared towards console games since that's what I play ME 1/2, DA etc...there is not just the initial purchase cost if you want the DLC. Microsoft and developers are making a killing on this...last week I spent almost $100 on DLC for DA and 1 damn CoD map pack...soooo console gaming may not be less expensive then EU.

Now if you play these titles on PC, well let's just say its easy to get what you want at no cost ever ;)

 

Ahem! Thats a once off 100 USD right? Well for as long as I have played EU, thats about 300 Dollars a month average I depo to play. Decay, gear, ammo, etc.

Either you havent played EU that long or you are sumhow so lucky never to need a deposit into EU. Which gamers, like myself, find exraordenary strange btw.

I have avast collection of games, ye ye ye, I know, just love gaming. The most expensive game I have was not bought in a shop and it is Entropia Universe.

If you wanna argue this pointless point LOL, there are many on this forum who will dissagree with you vehemently. Up to now I have depod up to 3K USD, and still need to depo, cos I am broke again, go figure!

 

Ok, not sure how you took my post as something to start an arguement over. Technically, yes I don't depo now. Why? Because I haven't had a pc in 3 months to play.

So yes I've spent more on my console gaming than EU lately.

I've depo'd well over 3k USD and lost most of it.

Over the past 2 years, I've spent more in EU.

The only person who's trying to argue is you. I simply said the $60 price tag is not the only fee associated with console games that are released today. So tip, if you want to argue, understand what you're trying to argue, otherwise you set up yourself to look stupid.

 

I understand, not familliar with console games anyway. No arguing either. But as for EU. most damn expensive game out there, even tho software may be free, it gobbles up your money in record time. It seems to have been designed for the rich trust fund types, with the exeption of a lot of others who also have jumped onto that band waggon.

i believe 4 years ago, EU wasnt that expensive. The trouble started when they made 6 piece armors into 7 pieces, and then the serious decay tweaks after that. Nope EU wasnt always a money gobbler, but it is now.
