    The point of the list is to have something to point at. By listing the number of bugs in a single location makes it easy to show there's work to be done before considering an overhaul of existing systems, or adding new functionality (which we all know will introduce more bugs, and won't be done properly). Adding the date is to hold MindArk accountable. Stuff like in the OP that was shared, yet takes forever to be resolved will show the community exactly how much the MindArk promise of listening to their customers, increasing the accountability of their support team, and caring for their players means.
