Is that still there? At this point I'm going to say it's not a bug and it's an odd effect from opening time portals.
well, actually, the objects need to be aligned properly. if you wander around next island, you will see evidence of bad alignment all over. particularly, on hills where there is vegetation that was designed for flat land. some of the building exhibit poor construction, as well. the bars in the castaway buildings and the stairs and ramps on the tree-houses are an example of this. while it looks nice, from a distance, many of the models are rather sloppy work. it's rather unfortunate, but hopefully, over time, they'll be repaired an implemented properly.
