You want to tell someone on your FL something but they're not in-game, so what do you do? How about Message Terminals. They would operate in a similar way to ad-terminals, only instead of storing and then sending a block of text to an ad-screen, they would store and send a block of text (message) to someone on your FL. Haven't thought all the inns-n-outs of it, but that's the general idea.
A fullyh functional mailing system including the option to add items (for a fee) would be great. Every other MMO has it, so why not EU...
