I want to thanks to all who help me with this! I don`t call at the MA couse i don`t speak very well english and i think they can`t understand me :(!! I think i will leave for a time this game, i`m not feel good with my healt, it make my heart to blow...
I will be always on the forum couse all the people from here are THE BEST FRIENDS for me,even more that they from RL(my heart make TIC-TAC for everyone from this forum and soc)! I want take it from begin again...but it is not easy for me :((!!!

I only can say what the others said. Don't give up.
But I have something to say to the others:
Jam has serious health problems which allow him not to act as we would at the moment. he has to take care that this story has not a bad impact on him.
For sure he will not give up but he has to slow down a bit, and some break from all that trouble would help him.
As long as we fight for him there is a chance.

 

Don't push yourself James. Leave it up to us! We will figure a way to make things right! Please relax and take care of your health. Relax knowing that you have friends who will fight for you!! Even if we don't manage to make it, I'm sure everyone in this forum will help you to get a fresh and good start in EU if you wish later on.

PS. Btw, I checked the Society Terminal and you are still a member of our soc. I want to believe that this is a sign that your account is still alive.

Sorry to hear you have some health problems, take it easy, after all the real world is more important (well most of the time) Take a few days rest and then maybe ask a friend to phone on your behalf. Would be a terrible shame to let them get away with it.

Today MA don`t responde me at the last support...i already say it, when i want to login on site a message apear and sound like: Your account was remove, if u want play more, u must make another account!! It is not exactly words but it was something like this!!! So....no chance for me!! I don`t know what to say..:( This is my life...no lucky, no healty, no good friends (except all of you)...i asking myself what is next????

Seems odd to me that they can get away with this from a legal point of view. EU is similar to a bank, real money goes in, transactions occur within it and real money can come out. If a bank closed an account it would not be allowed to keep the money, I would consider that theft. The money from a bank account would have to be returned, yet instead of them at least doing that they just remove the primary means of communication. Very strange IMHO.

 

Well they have written in the License Agreement that they can do this. And we have all agreed to it...

James has the rest of them has said mate just relax and dont worry but if it will help i can contact MA for you.If it will do any good because i have a feeling that they will not talk to me about this but i will sent a surport case saying how i feel about this because this sucks big time.Im willing to do that for you mate but if i do i need to know everything that you have sent them and everything they have sent you.

I really hope that this is a good sign, that the avatar is still intact and not deleted.
It could be, and I hope it is the case, that MindArk have removed Jame's login details from their web site in order to prevent a hacker from logging in and changing any of Jame's details, such as his password. So hopefully MA are actually doing their best to protect Jame's avatar and items/skills while they continue their investigation.

Keep the faith James, we all support you and hope this matter is resolved soon.
