I need a banner

I need a pretty banner to look good below or above Jdegres skill sig
(see my sig)

The banner should be same dimensions (500x40 up to 500x100) and read

for use... elsewhere.

Best banner will receive 1000 EPD (or if you prefer, 5000 EFD) and 25 PED.
