EntropiaPlanets presents: Integrated tracker |

 Dear community,
After reading people being frustrated about their globals somehow missing from other trackers, the technical team here at www.entropiaplanets.com decided to come up with a way to assist you in those matters, and we started working on a tracker that integrates neatly into the forum itself. After several weeks of work, we are now proud to finally be able to present it to you.
In the navigation menu at the top, you will see a new link to tracker. The direct link is http://www.entropiaplanets.com/forums/tracker.php. Yet another entry point to the tracker is (and this is one of our favourites) by checking a post, and then clicking on the "globals" link from there.
The globals listed are the total amount of globals on hunting, mining, and crafting, as well as the total amounts of PEDs in total, and the numbers are updated every 15 minutes.  *Adopt a Newbie* Foundation has been successfully run since the 8th of January 2010. It was founded by EntropiaPlanets.com by me, Lykke based on the idea of School of Lootius back in time - and to help both Newbies to get implemented faster into game and for societies to have a chance to recruit people by 'trying' them out in the soc first.
Many newbies have signed up on the list so far - and many societies also adopted or shared their wish to adopt soon - not to speak of all the people donating to the Foundation fund. Thanks to all the contributions ANF is growing stronger each day and new areas in the Foundation will soon see the light. I had to face though, that there's just too much work in ANF for only one (busy) person. I cried out for help, and I'm pleased to announced, that *Adopt a Newbie* Foundation now has two members in the crew!

A. Most of the time it's only Entropia, but I have playing Dirt 2, Halo and Forza on the Xbox 360 over the last month or two. I will probably get round to Mass Effect 2 in the next few weeks if I find the time.

A. That has to be my Ancient Mod Merc  The extra range is wonderful for events, as well as when hunting aggro spawns. Special mention has to go to my Protector of the Empire Armour and my Imp FAP.

 In the search for services assisting new players within the Entropia Universe, we would like to introduce you to John Stave Petty, the driving force behind the Entropia Tour Agency (ETA). Stave has been in game for 3 years and he always enjoyed a good tp run himself - but noticed that the tp runs which were offered were unorganized and merely impossible to join, because you never knew when they were or where they were going.
"I decided to start running regular tp runs early 2009 on my own without any protection", Stave explains. "I called it Stave's Tours of Calypso. My Vision was to eventually form a regular easy-to-find service that anyone can use to get the different teleporters on their maps".
Before Stave knew it he had a countless number of great people interested in helping out shooting at the tp runs. EntropiaPlanets.com presents: Interview with the Guides of Entropia Part II |

 Last week we met three out of the seven guides helping out as part of the awesome team in the extended guides program. The guides are online at different times to ensure they can offer the newbies the help needed, regardless of timezones and languages. This explains why you can find guides from different parts of the world and who are able to speak to people in their mother tongue.
I take the tp back to Port Atlantis early in the morning. The sun still didn't rise over the horizon, but yet I meet the remaining four guides standing there, rank and proud, ready to serve the newbies.
Konrad KP Peters is a 23 year old Architect who has been playing since early 2005. His main goal is to be helping newbies so they don't feel as lost as he felt when he started in EU many years ago. "Sometimes the job is stressfull but I would even do it as a fulltime job", Konrad explains while tipping up and down on his feet. "It is all worth the effort when you have the great feeling that you are helping everyone and all the thanks you receive!"
