TESO Guild

  1. Language files probably, eg. English dictionary vs the american version of it. /shrugs

I know the US Megaserver had 1 extra downtime vs the Europe one so far since soft launch a week ago.
So maybe that ? I also read something about the pre-order bonuses not being delievered to some .. I believe that is sorted now.

I'm giving it consideration, but I'd like to chat with Obie about it first, so it won't happen until sometime mid-week maybe, but I'll come back to post.

I might also just fade off into the Florida sunset, because that's where my head is at today.

Really MindStar9 ... you should retire. EU is no longer the game we loved once. It's not worth to care for anymore.

I don't "play" EU Hon, and Obie and I haven't been in the game in a while, we've been playing Neverwinter and having a great time. Our date nights are awesome, and we laugh a lot. It's very rare that we both get into EU and maybe explore a little, but that hasn't happened in a long time. The most we've done, really, is when we have time, we'll get in to harass the Normandie Radio guys on the weekend during their shows.

I know all I need to know about EU, so don't you worry your sweet little head my dear, it really has nothing for me anymore that motivates or inspires me to want to do anything or write about it, which I haven't done since last year October 1st when I announced that it was the end of a writing era.

Hope everything is going well for you, and now back on-topic.

    September 2016 update:

We've reactivated the TESO guild, nowadays it's called Ordo Ludophilia. It's still on the EU server and it's still an Ebonheart Pact guild. It's a great time for playing TESO as the Gold Edition was just released and includes all the previously released updates. And the next update will bring the most dramatic changes to TESO that will make it much easier to play with everyone and even more open world style. The monthly fees have been dropped long ago, meaning you just pay once and play forever. And at the relevant market places you can get TESO for as cheap as 10 Euro: https://www.g2a.com/r/tesokeys

    Here's a guild "factsheet":
    • PC, European Megaserver, Ebonheart Pact, but characters of any alliance welcome
    • friendly, mature community, easy-going and fun orientated
    • anyone welcome, from newbie to veteran, from casual to hardcore
    • any playstyle possible, from playing "solo" with a couple of guild benefits to being the "community manager", from casually dropping in for some quests and chat to taking the lead in the PvP Raid schedule
    • own dedicated website, partnered Discord, partnered Twitch channel, YT channel and more
    • further info: http://www.ludophiles.com/threads/elder-scrolls-online-guild.50/
If you are interested to join or in case you have questions just post in the thread or send a pm to Tass.

Join us playing TESO with friends :)

So the guild grew to 50+ members rather quick. Hey, that's more than NI's total population ;)

That also means we've unlocked pretty much everything we could: guild bank, guild heraldry and guild store.

Also we have free Werewolf and Vampire bites available.

And 6-7 Entropia players in our community, and one ex-MA employee but who, that will remain secret :)

The next goal will be regular scheduled dungeon runs.

So if anyone is interested in joining please just let us know.

Play TESO with friends and for free!

You can play The Elder Scrolls Online for free till Monday 18:00 UTC. If you haven't already it's the best opportunity to check out the game and join our guild (120 members already). Just head to the TESO Steam page and start the process: http://store.steampowered.com/app/306130/ And if you want to join the guild just let us know.

    Good luck with your guild!

This is really a good game. Unfortunately every story ends one day. I enjoyed it so much for nearly two years. It's a wonderful vast world. They drag you into several exciting stories and offer a lot of fun. But all stories end one day. And you will know the whole world finally. TESO still follows this old Elder Scroll concept. So I went back to the really small Skyrim few weeks ago and made a complete new installation with all the mods I love. Unfortunataly it was the weekend when Skyrim SE was launchend and NexusMods was down for two or three days because of massive requests for download - lol! Skyrim has more coherence and density than TESO in my opinion. It is still Bethesda's masterpiece. I will test Fall Out 4 when it becomes cheaper. Sounds promising too.

I will log in at TESO occasionally. But not often enough to be a member of an active guild.

Expansions! Expansions make the world bigger and add new stories. And if don't have any expansion yet the Gold Edition incl. the first 4 expansions is definitely worth it. Mh, when did we have the last "expansion" to EU?
    Welcome back :)

Yeah, I own nearly all expansions already and supervise all developments. My hope is a complete Nirn:
But I don't like wayshrines in ESO and fast travel in Skyrim is off for me. I prefer "real travel". Long trips on ships or horseback or even with carriages. But I'm afraid this will not happen.

We'll revive the guild again. Interested in joining the guild, interested in joining the management/orga team? Just scream hysterically.

Accompanying the guild revival there will be rewards for videos:
    • 1 dollar for any appropriate boss fight video
    • 5 dollars for appropriate instance playthrough videos
If you are interested just get it touch for the details. This is what we have so far:

    LOL! This looks like
LOL! Video looks a bit like Diabolo. TESO is no longer interesting for me. It's too boring when you are at ledgend and got all the maps.

Hm, that was supposed to be a playlist but obviously only the first video was embedded. It's a high end dungeon run from the 3rd person perspective of the tank and with mods and add-ons on screen. Apart from that TESO still looks like TESO which actually isn't that much different from Skyrim. Of course, everything can be boring when you've completed everything but the amount of content regulary added to the game is rather immense. Also the high end PVE content is well designed and faction warfare can be very exciting. All in all it's one of the best MMOs ever :)

I update it regulary and have a short look for it now and than. I'm an officially sworn single player. I wait for a complete Tamriel. Just to ride slowly through this huge world doing nothing but enjoy it. A bit simple but perfect for me.

There is a major difference to MY Skyrim as I play it since ages over and over again: Mods. MY Skyrim looks very different to the original. And no original game all over the world can compete with it.

  20. Jamira I’m a noob Skyrim player and not very far in the game.

Do you think it better to play a while before considering any mods or do the mods enhance the game so much it’s better to get them straight away?

If the latter which mods would you recommend please?
