1,55 h is my work time not the work time of the printer. Adjust the printer, change PLA roll, observe the start of a print and remove the printed part ;-)

Ya, I was about to freak out already... x'D
  3. Only thing is Apple is king of privacy and security compared with Android devices.
  4. Still work in progress.

Printing mini stickers, using glue and forceps, painting with super tiny brushes...I absolutely love it, even if it still looks like one of those wooden toy cars from 1950 x'D

One more thank you towards Jamira, for dragging me into model making and 3D printing ! :)

    AHHHRG! We did it again:
We watched Sergio Leone's masterpiece "C'era una volta il West"!
It is such a beneficence in this hasty times. Nearly three hours. Everybody moves so slow. 5 or 10 seconds just a face. Charles Bronson, Henry Fonda, Claudia Cardinale. Landscape. Time to dive into a special situation. And the dialogues!

After 12 (in words: twelve!) minutes of water drops, wind wheel creaking and fly tantalization first time the main theme sounds, performed by Harmonica.
    "Where is Frank?"
    "Frank sent us."
"Did you bring a horse for me?"
"Well ... haha. Looks like we're [chuckles] looks like we're shy one horse." [Laughing]
[Shakes head slowly] "You brought two too many."
    Three men die.
    [Horse whinnies]
    [Wind wheel creaking]

15 minutes. 9% of the whole movie!

This movie still beats even Ridley Scott's "Blade Runner" (1982) and Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" (1994) regarding coolness and turned off dialogues. Although they are both pretty slow as well. Not to speak about Ennio Morricone's music! And it is from 1968!
    I LOVE IT!

Besides I play "Red Dead Redemption II". So this movie fits perfectly to my current mood. Default movement in RDR2 is: slow (YEAH!!!) And Rockstar Studios made a really huge area and used unbelievable good animations. Allowedly, Arthur Morgan, a gangster and murder (he looks shitty), is not really a character I want to play. But I can use him to ride slowly through this huge and beautiful designed world. Most of the time not more to do but feed myself and my horse. Nice evenings at campfire with a tent in wonderful landscapes or have a bath in a hotel. Optional with "special service". 0.50 ct if I remember right. LOL!

  8. I plan to edit your original STL...and add the cannon on the roof, for example.

The helpers is a nice idea, just like on the Syndicate vehicle you sent me. But everything is so god damn small to paint on. :D

It seems I miss further excuses and have to start with a proper model of that Red Fury. At least I vectorized the drawing you sent me:
Length is 83 mm, diameters of the wheels are 12 and 16 mm. Is that okay?
But what cannon do you mean?

  14. Cowboys. Sabres. Space. Space ships. Robot flying horse. Cool theme song.

    What’s not to like? :)

Everything is not to like from my side ;-) This trailer is an extraordinary good example for things I don't like. But it's just me I think.
Additional I have to say that this vehicle for McCormick is completely idiocy from my view as an engineer. It hurts a serious engineer to make such a model. Outch!

  16. The eclectic mix of tech, comic book, space, cowboys and sabres probably inspired the current post-robot-invasion version of EU.

    I foresee a movie version.

If only Clint Eastwood and William Shatner we’re still in their prime.

Spaceship is cool and in my non-engineer opinion deserves to be modelled ;).
  17. Usually Im not into crazy japanese cartoons. Never was. This is different.

But the depth of the original (japanese) storyline was epic in this one.
The USA bought these series then, raped and castrated it by 500%.
They changed so much...holy shit and I just learned about it recently.

The maintheme, I loved it. I loved those different characters. I loved the mature concept behind it,
which was still present in the german version.

These 80s cartoons, like He-Man, Bravestarr, Filmation Ghostbusters etc...had great advices for kids back in the days.
Done be a bully, dont take drugs, dont lie to friends...and it wasnt spaced up crazy cartoon characters, it was matured stuff. :D

Ah, childhood...I still love you :D

I also thought, where is the motor in that car. But it is the future and I enjoyed beeing far away from todays physics and designs.
Like, our cars form the 80s where fucking awesome...and waht they build for the masses today is always the same joke to me.

To me it looks like a motorboat, upsidedown...or, lower part of a jetski.

    boat upsidedown.
