i know Courage and Athletics increase (progress in leveling up) health which other skills make a big impact in increasing health?(so i can buy implants for it) and what is the max health?

Skill compression or whatever you want to call it just makes each point more expensive or harder to aquire than the one before it. For example a 10ped skill chip will roughly take you from 0 to 2000 skill points but a 250 skill chip will only take you from 10000 to 10100 skill points (rough numbers from memory so dont quote me, but the idea is the same)
A number of other skills contribute to HP since VU 15.15.4. I'll update the table. As for nonlinearity of skill curve, one 10 PED chip takes you from 1 to 1880 points (+1879), another - from 1880 to 2547 (+667), yet another - from 2547 to 3010 (+463) etc. (see Avatar Skill Calculator)
