As previously stated, the Entropia Universe Cash Card service has been temporarily suspended by the card provider, CardOne Plus. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this disruption. MindArk PE AB is of course continuing to work on a solution to resume the Cash Card service as soon as possible.

In order to ease this inconvenience for Cash Card holders, we have decided to refund the balance on your Cash Card at the point of the service disruption, as well as the 35 PED transaction fee.

These funds will be automatically transferred to your In-World PED account at the next Version Update 8.8.2. An In-World message will inform you of the refund when you first login following the Update.
