Good luck with your search. I own one (but not selling), and absolutely love it. It's perfect for smaller mobs like low level Drones, argoes, troxes (use a A102 on it), etc. Now I just need to get it to 10/10.
it allways has A LOT better eco if you use it instead of the KK. It doesn't have to be maxed to be better eco than the KK and I am sure u know that very well. Personaly I don't really feel like using UL non sib until KS unlock but if I was to use UL non sib then this would be one of my favourites I think.
EDIT I did`nt realize you said IMP EP 21. Mine is just a regular old piece of crap. Sorry if I got your hopes up.
