Yes, the CLD payouts are meticulously tracked in another thread there and many do analyze them. Someone certainly will have a spreadsheet to share, you'll have to do a little digging yourself to find them. The numbers are all public anyway, just grab them and do whatever you like with them. Deed payouts improving in recent months was her main item of supporting evidence, although speculations about the likely reasons are debatable including her premise that it's because of the virus causing people to spend more time with games, since at the same time many also suffered a loss of income. There is also the looming end of iron missions and some players are pumping whatever it takes to finish their stages. There was a successful Easter Mayhem (for several seasons now I do my hunting on the sidelines under the trickle-down effect of deposit surges). All of these are equally as plausible causes as they are temporary in nature. I doubt you will find a dent in the payouts corresponding with the named scandals though, but have a go at it and see if they match.
