    How about a 'navbar'? See screenshot with an example from vBulletin itself: not sure what it's called in techno lingo, i call it navbar :redface: - direct links where u can just click to navigate back from a subforum (and don't have to open the 'forum jump' to do it).

    Perhaps there's some setting for this hidden in User CP? I'm such a forum noobie (did I even post this thread in the right section..?)

    That is actually called a BreadCrumb, and we have one :D The screenshot you show is taken from the new vBulletin version, though, so things look a bit different. We also moved the breadcrumb a bit to compress our layout a little, but if you look to the right-hand side of the EP logo, you will see the breadcrumb in white text, overlapping the big planet.

    Let me know if that is not what you were looking for :)

    Now that you pointed it out I can't believe how it could pass me by so totally ..guess looking 'inside the picture' didn't cross my poor mind..
