Some minor forum shuffling

    I just finished a bit of reshuffling of forums that I had sitting on my to-do list for a while now.

    The forums formerly under the SEE category have now been moved to a SEE sub forum under "Other Games". Something tells me we have not SEEn the last of them yet, but seeing they no longer qualify as planet partners, and will no longer be working together with MindArk, Other Games is where they ought to be.

    The SEE category has been rebranded into "Potential Planet Partners", and PostModerna has been moved under that. I also added a new forum under that category for the project that was revealed on EP today: "Utopian Future Star Galaxies".
