MindArk-Controlled Entropia Universe Accounts There are different types of Entropia Universe Accounts that employees at MindArk, Planet Partners and other affiliates can have. These accounts are strictly monitored by MindArk and several rules apply to them. Most importantly, they must all abide to the EULA and ToU and they must not be used for personal economical gain. These types of accounts are used for various reasons, such as keeping track of the day-to-day businesses in Entropia Universe or playing a part of important happenings, events or storylines. One of these account types is the Role Playing Account. This is an avatar taking part in a storyline, with varying length, that can be presented and developed on a planet website. For example, this avatar can participate in events or in lootable PvP areas. However, possible loot from other participants cannot be withdrawn from Entropia Universe or used for personal economical gain, as mentioned above. Instead, money from loot has to be reinvested in role play or new events within Entropia Universe. This means that you can get your hands on this character's lootable stuff! - Wiz Master - Except from hiding from my colleagues in conference rooms I have my hands on many of the cookies in the jar at MindArk.

Still shady. Still unprofessional. Still room enough for scaring off current and potential customer and investors.

Heck, actually it did not change anything to the better. Rather to the worse by implementing an universla excuse: "I'm just role-playing".
Sounds like they designed the rules rather to fit the current situation but not to meet common sense.

At least make it transparent: List of all those avatars incl. the organization they belong to, their type, their purpose and their activity/transactions.

So... using insider knowledge to gain PED from the loot pool is fine as long as you use them for promoting your business by making them prizes in events?

Pretty much as ND's behaviour is bad PR and imo not only contributing to kill his business but also to the bad reputation EU has already in the outside world so is MA's silly policy regarding insider's accounts adding to the bad reputation and scaring off potential customers and investors.

Why not finally becoming professional, MA?

Adjust rules to common sense and not to the behaviour of individuals.
