Is it available? If so, can I develop anything based on it?

This is one of the questions I sent to the never answering support, I am sure they are very busy bees, however...

Send me PM's if the topic is way too shady. :)

You need to become a planet partner being able to prove the resources and intent to create a planet approvable by MA.

Also read the latest EntropiaTimes Issue.

There are several interviews and relevant articles to Planet Partners, along with some tips from Ozi

Contact <--- there is a nice little contact form there. If you put in that you want to spend millions of dollars for a planet then surely MindArk will wake up.

www.entropiatimes.com - as Manny mention, there's a whole section in the December Issue about becoming a PP.

I have a feeling you are thinking of developing as you can do in Second Life fx. But EU is not like Second Life at all - and I doubt this will ever be possible.

Well if you want the tools then just buy Crysis.... if you want the platform... then become a planet partner.

I am just extremely curious about this topic, and a bit sad I did not get a prompt response from support, even a "we do not do it for free it costs that much and it includes that much effort from your side" would have been nice.

now that I read the article and realised that they actually get at least two pleas for a planet per day I do understand their unwillingness to reply althought it is what their company is about n'est ce pas? :)

I also sense the usual bureaucratic pro forma that ends up not being respected anyway (as recent events pointed some very famous avatar running around when it shoud not) while to others, the law.

Anyhoo, thanks for the input everyone, I understand it much better now, and I see it takes too much time to open a planet with MindArc, I will try it on my own hand and see how it goes, however I am not dropping this game as it is fun and I love to learn how easily can I waste money and have no return whatsoever for it as a begginner, lol.

And well I do not wish anything like second life, I am running from there and just delivered my region after I found this pearl on the web, sad to let my residents go thought, but I really dont like the *alleged* buying land (you dont buy it you rent it for a very high price in there!) and am tired of seeing naked ugly avatars running everywhere whenever I went away from my region to mainland continents, not to mention the lags and kind of chaos in terms of general design, nagnagnag...

It was however nice as a starter on virtual reality, however we all must evolve at some point or cease to be.

I have tried the link suggest for contact about a month ago, did not receive any reply, I believe I have tried it using three different emails even just be sure it would not fall under spam or whatever, after the complete silence of the first attempt. Nothing but some support automatic message that the case has been closed.

Thjanks again for the extensive info. :)
