    It was already mentioned yesterday, but today you can see it in action! We are now hosting a module on our frontpage that will show you the last ten auction items due to expire.

    All itemnames are conveniently linked to our wiki, so clicking them should take you straight to the proper page.

    For the time being, the module repeats the same last ten items, but I'm planning on adding AJAX support to it, so it will refresh itself every 60 seconds or so without you having to refresh the page yourselves. The trickiest part there most likely will be figuring out how to prevent you from seeing that happening (meaning you're looking at one item scroll by, and the next moment, it's gone).

    On a completely different front, we're now also visible from MMORPG.com, where we had this site added to the links related to Entropia Universe.

    All in all, it was a rather good day :coffee:

    The scrolling looks nice, altho it is a bit unfunctional imo - i.e. items are gone too quickly - wouldn't it be better to have just the essentials (item name & price) and expand the rest of the info when you hover the mouse over it?
    This can be done using css only, or toggle visibility via javascript.


    Then i've noticed that the wiki redirects i.e.

    Skildek%20P%2040%20(L) to a page where blanks are replaced by underscores:
    Skildek_P_40_(L)

    Maybe replace the blanks in the link's href with underscores to improve performance.

    Looks very cool tho :)
